Our Produce

Since 1918

Local, free-range meat straight from the farm

Explore our extensive range of meats

As well as the usual cuts of free-range beef, lamb and pork, we also supply sausages, burgers and delicious pies created by local chef Nicci Gurr of Home Gurr'own.  Not forgetting our outstanding Christmas bronze turkeys with all the seasonal trimmings.

Throughout the year we hold meat evenings on the farm, giving our customers the opportunity to select from a wide range of fresh produce and taking advantage of our bulk buy offers to stock up their freezers.  Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for dates of these events.

We are happy to take special requests.  Please contact us if there's something specific that you'd like to order.

Farm Fresh doesn't have to mean Expensive

Many people believe that farm-fresh produce comes at a high price compared to the supermarkets. What if we told you that our prices are very similar to those at some of our largest retailers and in some cases, we're better value for money?  We regularly review our prices to ensure that we remain competitive.  You also have the peace of mind of knowing exactly where your food has come from and you can be confident that neither the animals, nor the meat has had to travel too far from home.

Take a look at some of our prices

We have taken a few of our national favourites and compared our current prices (November 2024) to those at some of the leading supermarkets:

Cherry Tree legs of lamb are priced at £16.00 per kg.  Waitrose British leg of lamb currently at £17.50/kg.
Cherry Tree sirloin steak £28.00 per kg.  Waitrose British native breed steak £31.67/kg and Tesco Finest £25.66/kg.
Cherry Tree pork leg £9.50 per kg.  Waitrose British boneless pork leg £9.50/kg and Sainsbury's British pork leg £6.25/kg.

So as you can see, buying directly from the local farm doesn't have to cost the Earth, but it may go a little way towards saving it.
